Deborah Spencer, a cherished member of her family and community, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025, at the age of 70, in Alliance, Ohio. Born on August 9, 1954, she was a devoted individual who derived immense joy from being at home for her family.Deborah was a proud graduate of West Branch High School, class of 1973. Throughout her life, she maintained a loving and nurturing spirit that was evident in her many passions, which included coloring, sewing, and baking. Her culinary creations were especially aimed at bringing happiness to her friends and family, showcasing her generous heart and creative talents. Deborah was also a true animal lover, finding comfort and companionship in her three dogs and her beloved bird, "Cracker."She is survived by her son, Scott Stroup; daughter, Victoria "Christy" Stroup; brother, William "Bob" Spencer; sister, Beckie Dean; three grandchildren, Skylar, Jordan, and McKinley Barrett; as well as one great-grandchild, Lilly.
