Youngstown - William "Bill" Jones, 77, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, March 9, 2025, at Mercy Health-Youngstown, surrounded and comforted by his loving family.Born on January 24, 1948, to Paul and Dorothy (Cole) Jones in Youngstown, OH, Bill graduated from Austintown Fitch High School in 1966. He began his career at Northside Hospital, where he met his beloved wife, Patricia. Following this, Bill dedicated over 40 years to General Fireproofing in various capacities, ultimately serving as the customer service manager until the company closed in 2006.A committed member of St. Stanislaus Church in Youngstown for many years, Bill was active in parish life, including serving as Parish Council President.
